November 25th is the deadline set by Empire NYSHIP for members to verify the
eligibility of dependents covered by the EHUFSD health insurance plan. If you
are paying for a plan other than 'SINGLE' and you have not yet received
confirmation from NYSHIP that your dependent(s) is covered, you must meet
